  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing may take longer.


2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order status anytime via the “Track My Order” page or your Norien account dashboard.


3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to [list countries or regions you serve].

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any import fees.


4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
