Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order status anytime via the “Track My Order” page or your Norien account dashboard.
3. Shipping Restrictions
